I created this illustration to celebrate one of my favorite Catalan traditions: Sant Jordi 2025. Inspired by the legend of the knight, the rose, and the dragon, I wanted to give it a fresh and personal twist. Instead of the classic knight, we have a modern-day heroine, holding books and gently embraced by a green dragon — more friend than foe. 🌿✨

I played around with the traditional elements of the holiday: books, roses, hearts, swords, and of course, a dragon. I used a warm palette and a style that blends medieval vibes with a modern look, full of color and symbolism.
